design blog to attend to, Tim needed a completely low-maintenance plan to keep the balcony ready for entertaining.

A DIY outdoor rug, wood-slat flooring and faux greenery warm up the brick-and-concrete backdrop. The irregular shape of the 98-square-foot space creates a cozy configuration for the resin wicker seating arrangement.
