Lunch is easy as 1-2-3 with this tuna wrap recipe from Donna Hay.


Ingredients
  • 1 can of drained tuna
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tsp wasabi paste
  • 2 pieces flatbread, pita or lavash
  • Arugula or baby spinach

Directions
1 Combine tuna with mayonnaise and wasabi paste.

2 Spread mixture over pita, flatbread or lavash.

3 Top with arugula or baby spinach leaves and roll up to enclose.
