Make it personal
When I look at a room, it's the personal touches like artwork and travel memetoes that elevate a space from generic to genuine. I'll take a house adorned with books, family photographs and decorative accessories any day over a cookie-cutter interior that's perfectly and pristinely furnished with basic pieces... I believe that a home should reflect the people who own it.
