Here's why you should hang eucalyptus in your shower
Eucalyptus is so much more than another houseplant. On top of smelling divine, it’s also known for its many health benefits, especially when placed in the shower.
Hanging a single sprig of eucalyptus in your shower can not only help you relax, but also boosts the benefits of the plant.
When surrounded by steam, eucalyptus releases essential oils that help relieve congestion. If you suffer from hay fever or nasal problems, you’ll be in heaven.
Using eucalyptus in your shower is also a great way to brighten up the look of your bathroom and add life to what is otherwise an often sterile place.
Fresh eucalyptus will keep for about a month, but should be changed once it starts to dry out or go mouldy.
