Recipe: Honeydew melon, cucumber & mint smoothie

Enjoy this healthy fruit and veggie smoothie for a snack or breakfast on-the-go.


The combination of refreshing ingredients in this smoothie makes it a perfect on-the-go meal. Plus, a wedge of honeydew melon provides half of your daily vitamin C requirement and is incredibly hydrating.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped honeydew melon
  • 1 cup chopped English cucumber
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • 6 to 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 to 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp wildflower honey


Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth; serve.

Serves: 2
