The combination of refreshing ingredients in this smoothie makes it a perfect on-the-go meal. Plus, a wedge of honeydew melon provides half of your daily vitamin C requirement and is incredibly hydrating.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped honeydew melon
- 1 cup chopped English cucumber
- 1 cup cold filtered water
- 6 to 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 to 4 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp wildflower honey
Directions
1 Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth; serve.
