Enjoy this healthy smoothie supercharged with antioxidants.


A delicious mix of pomegranate, raspberry and goji berry makes this smoothie good to the last sip and good for you!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dried goji berries, soaked in water overnight and drained
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 to 4 ice cubes, depending on desired slushiness

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth; serve.

Serves: 2
