A wood board, that was lying around my apartment and taking up space, was given new life with an easy peas-y upholstery up-cycle project! I'm a huge fan of Amy Butler's intricate fabric designs and couldn't resist snatching up a metre of one of her floral patterns on sale at Mitchell Fabrics, a local fabric shop out here in Winnipeg! The pattern's vintage style suits my living room decor perfectly and it's bold colour palette was just what my neutral, unadorned wall needed. A few staples later and I had highly personalized art for under 30 dollars!
