It looks like Jeremy Renner will be turning a big profit on his latest project, and no, we're not talking about the new Avengers: Age of Ultron movie slated for release this year.
In 2009, Jeremy and business partner Kristoffer Winters bought this 7,000-square-foot property that sits at the bottom of Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles for a mere $1.3 million. It became their latest design project and upon completion the home can only be dubbed as "The Hamptons in Hollywood."
The home, built in 1926, is no stranger to A-listers. It once belonged to filmmaker Preston Sturges and is rumoured to be the site of Charlie Chaplin's first wedding.
Jeremy and Kristoffer gave the home a lavish and luxurious makeover. The entire home is surrounded by lush greenery and the interior features a dark and classy gentleman's room, a spacious kitchen with a La Cornue range, five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a relaxing home library and to top it all off, a beautiful rooftop terrace that provides a view of Los Angeles.
