TV personality turned fashion designer and author Lauren Conrad's trendy home in Los Angeles showcases her penchant for all things stylish.
Ever since we first met reality darling Lauren Conrad on the hit series Laguna Beach (and later developed a fixation for the show’s spinoff, The Hills), she’s become a bona fide style icon. So when word went out that the TV-star-turned-designer was selling her newly renovated $3.2 million penthouse in Beverly Hills, we had a feeling it would be outfitted in the same covetable fashion. It was a safe assumption.
After purchasing the condo for $1.35 million in 2012, Conrad gave the 3,233-square-foot two-storey residence a complete makeover, which involved stripping the interior back to the studs. Relying on her stylish eye, she added everything from sparkly new finishes to a 20-foot brick veneer wall. The space also houses an enchanting rooftop deck and a larger-than-life walk-in closet.
