After getting married a year ago to The O.C. actor Adam Brody in a secret wedding only three months after their engagement went public, Leighton Meester has put her chic bachelorette pad on the market.

Leighton bought the house when she said XOXO to New York and moved to Los Angeles. The gated, contempory-designed home is located on one of the most premiere streets in Encino, California, and is walking distance from the shops on Ventura Boulevard.

The ranch-style home boasts 2,847 sq. ft. of dark-stained hardwood floors, soaring white walls, and is surrounded by lush greenery and a beautiful backyard oasis for entertaining.
