Celeb home tour: Tobey Maguire's plantation-style California home Author: Style At Home
Take a look inside of Tobey Maguire's expansive plantation home in Los Angeles, California.
I guess Spider-Man is leaving the neighbourhood.
Actor Tobey Maguire and his wife, jewellery designer Jennifer Meyer, have put their 6,320-square-foot plantation-style home in Los Angeles on the market.
The home was built in 1949 and designed by California architect John Byers. Its open-concept floor plan makes it a perfect home for entertaining. The living room features soaring white walls, which flow into a great room with vaulted ceilings and huge skylights, flooding the space with plenty of natural light. French doors lead from the great room to the beautiful outdoor oasis, emphasizing the overlapping indoor/outdoor lifestyle that this property boasts.
Passed on from one celebrity to the next, the couple bought the home from Ricki Lake, who had previously purchased the property Friends star Courtney Cox in 2002. Want to be the next owner of this home? It can all be yours for $10 million. Check out the real estate listing here.
