As the new co-host of ABC’s hit morning show, recently renamed Live with Kelly and Ryan, Ryan Seacrest makes the move from luxurious LA to bustling New York and finds a home base for a whopping $75K/month.
Kelly Ripa's newly appointed co-host Ryan Seacrest follows her lead both on the screen and on the street. Seacrest recently rented a luxurious townhouse in the Upper East Side of New York City, which happens to be down the street from Ripa's current digs. We'd love to be invited to one of their block parties!
