The Brief

The owners wanted a moody, Gothic, Victorian English-style kitchen interpreted for 2023 in a very tiny space.

“All of the elements connect with each other,” says Emilia Wisniewski, pointing out how the grain in the millwork echoes the sense of movement created by the veining in the stone. She adds: “The custom ceiling fixture is a standout piece that’s functional and sculptural, giving the kitchen some dimension.”
