With a vision of the backyard as an extension of luxurious indoor living, brothers Andrew Bockner and Richard Bockner, owners of Andrew Richard Designs, burst onto the residential and hospitality design scene in 2004 with Solartex - their ultradurable alternative to woven wicker.
Taking a new design direction in 2008, the Canadian kings of outdoor furniture conquered stainless steel with the modular Cabo collection; this summer, they've brought the two materials together for the new Harrison outdoor sofa—a supersleek synthesis of refined stainless and relaxed Solartex weave. The clean-lined and contemporary stunner is designed for lazy, hazy outdoor lounging, but remains sophisticated enough to be mistaken for an indoor sofa.
2004 - Cedar sofa $2,795
2008 - Cabo sectional right module $2,495
2009 - Harrison sofa $3,595
