eq3 generation art
EQ3 has launched it's second Generation Art collection, available in store and online. In association with the
Michaelle Jean Foundation (a foundation that supports youth arts initiatives in under-served communities), this year artists across the country were asked to submit work that represented their personal expression of 'Canadian Diversity'. 7 designs were selected and turned into decor accessories available at EQ3, ranging from pillows to mugs - even ottomans! Check out some of the collection below and make sure to take a look at the rest online.
Roman Bean Bag - Based off the design from Selina Wong of Toronto. Inspired by the "colourful people of our nation. People of all colours and beliefs. Together we are like a kaleidoscope; beautiful no matter which way you look at it."
Portrait Ottoman - Based off the design from James Culleton of Winnipeg. The design includes "faces of everyday people, portraits of artists and musicians from all across Canada..."
Shapes Mug - Based off the design from Melanie Kane of Winnipeg. The overall circle represents the unity of Canada, the shapes inside represent our diversity. *all images and direct quotes from EQ3*
