The design ladies and I stopped by
Stone Tile last week for a tour of the newly designed showroom and it's safe to say I fell in love with pretty much every new collection. Check out some pics from our tour and try not to drool over the gorgeous tiles and flooring that Stone Tile has coming out in the near future.
You might not know that Stone Tile has quite an extensive collection of engineered hardwood. They have a variety of finishes and widths, and can even do some really cool 'cutting' techniques, like the above.
This tile, meant to look like brick, is a new collection to the store. It was shocking how 'real' this finish looks. In the showroom, they have it up by an actual brick wall and it was very hard to see the difference.
One of their newest collections is Laminam. Available in multiple finishes, including faux marble (above), the Laminam comes in 3'x9' sheets and is indoor/outdoor. The whole exterior of the Stone Tile building is clad in it!
One of Laminam's best features is it's thickness. Available in 3mm, 5mm and 7mm, each thickness has a specific use. The 3mm is perfect to put on the walls (it would be great around a fireplace). The 5mm can act as a countertop. And the 7mm is ideal for the floor (it can also go right over existing tiles! Bonus!).
Laminam in Onyx.
Back to engineered hardwood, Stone Tile is the first to offer 3' by 3' square 'tiles'.
One final collection that I loved was this Dechirer. It felt like concrete, but had a delicate lace-like overlay that made the whole slab look 10x more elegant. Check out
Stone Tile's website for more info and if you're every in the area, swing by the newly updated showroom to see all this gorgeousness in person!
